The purpose of this course is to provide everyone in Animal Programs – – whether you’re an educator, animal keeper, scientist, intern, nutrition assistant or animal health care specialist — with the skills, tools and resources needed to deliver inspiring conservation messages to guests using effective interpretive principles and techniques.
