North America Regional Representative

David is the Director of Conservation and Education at Zoo Sauvage de Saint-Félicien, where he has worked since 2013. There, he held several positions, including educator and zookeeper. He leads the education team and oversees the Zoo’s conservation initiatives, focusing on fostering meaningful connections with visitors and supporting the preservation of boreal biodiversity.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and a certificate in creative writing from Laval University.

Having grown up in his small northern town with the Zoo Sauvage, he is passionate about its educational impact and the difference it can make. His goal within the IZE community is to contribute by supporting others and advancing education as a community.
