Host applications open annually in May and are due on May 31st.
Hosts will be notified in early June of their acceptance.
Visitor applications open annually in July and are due on July 31st.
Host and visitor matches will be announced in mid August.
Placements begin between October 1st of the current year to September 30th of the following year.
