Exhibit Callitrichids

Bioparco of Rome recently opened a new exhibit of callitrichids. Callitrichids are New World monkeys and include marmosets and tamarins. The exhibit features dynamic graphics highlighting the adaptations and natural history of these small monkeys. Visitors can also read about how they can help protect the forests homes of these animals. Since the illegal pet trade greatly affects these animals, there is information how to combat that threat.
